Terms & Conditions
- Dazzling Diamond’ is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years age or above. For minors, parents can enroll on their behalf.
- This is an opportunity to facilitate its members to make advance payment against to be purchase Diamond Jewellery through installments and get additional benefit at the time of purchase on redemption date of Dazzling Diamond. In below terms, DP Abhushan Ltd. has been referred as DPAL.
- Duration of its installment submission is 9 months.
- The minimum monthly installment amount is 2000/- and thereafter in multiple of 1000/-.
- Pan card details are mandatory for installment amount above 15000/-.
- The “redemption date” shall mean the day two months later from the date of last installment paid (on Due Date) by the member which is end of successful 10th Month. The “Due Date” shall mean one month later from the date of enrollment. For Example, if Dazzling Diamond is started on 17th October 2023 then due date will be 17th of every month.
- At the time of redemption, members will be eligible to get the Dazzling Diamond discount* on purchasing of diamond jewellery from any DP Jewellers showroom only if all installments have been paid regularly on due date.
- The first installment is payable when the customer enrolls, for example if a customer enrolls on 17th October 2023 according to clause no. (6), the last installment will be payable on 17th June 2024 and the redemption date will be 18th August 2024 only if all the monthly installments have been paid on due date.
- On successful completion of Dazzling Diamond by the member by regularly paying the amount of all the installments, the member will get the benefit of discount*. (Herein after referred to as “Discount”).
- DPAL shall not be liable to pay any type of interest on the installment paid by the members under any circumstance, at anytime.
- The monthly installments can be paid by Cash, Cheque, D.D., Credit/Debit Cards or NEFT/RTGS on/before due date.
- The member cannot get the discount* mentioned in the clause No. (9) until the redemption date. In case the member fails to pay the installment by the due date then total discount* in relation to the number of days delayed in eligibility amount will be reduced proportionately, only if all installments have been paid.
- Outstation/Over writing cheques will not be accepted for any location. In case, any cheque of installment amount is dishonored, the member will be charged 500/- or actual bank charges whichever is higher. In case the due date of payment is missed due to dishonored cheque, then total discount* in relation to the number of days delayed in eligibility amount will be reduced proportionally only if all installments have been paid.
- To avail the discount*, the member must buy the Diamond jewellery from DP Jewellers within the redemption date period i.e. 330 days from the date of enrollment. After the end period of redemption date the discount* shall lapse. If the customer doesn’t buy jewellery after completion of 11 months from the date of enrollment, then in that condition it would be compulsory for members to buy the pure gold from DP Jewellers, the worth of which would be equal to the total paid value without any profit/rebate and no interest will be given by DPAL on this. Any kind of tax payable in such situation will have to be borne by the customer.
- If in any case any member opts to exit Dazzling Diamond before payment of all installments under the period, the member will be allowed to buy Diamond jewellery at DP Jewellers stores. In that case discount*, benefit, bonus & any type of interest will not be given to the member in any circumstance and it would include price of gold/platinum/precious metal/precious stones/making charges/variable charges/other charges/all applicable taxes as prevailing on the day and time of purchase by the member. Cash refund will not be given under any circumstances.
- In case of early exit, the member shall be liable to pay 5% of total paid installment amount or 1000/- (Whichever is higher applicable) towards the processing fees which shall be deducted from the installments paid by the member and he/she will not be eligible for the discount* on early exit. In addition, the member will have to purchase only diamond jewellery, purchase of Gold Jewellery/Gold coins/Gold Bars/Solitaires/Silver Jewellery and Silver Items will not be allowed.
- For payment of multiple accounts, no single payment mode will be accepted.
- At the time of redemption, the member will have to come personally with valid photo ID proof and receipts for the payment of all installments, at DP Jewellers showroom.
- The rate of gold/Diamond or price of the jewellery shall be charged on the actual rates at the time of purchasing and not at the time of enrollment.
- Discount* in Dazzling Diamond is applicable only on Diamond Platinum Diamond jewellery and not for gold jewellery/pure gold/coin/bars/ Solitaires/Solitaire jewellery and silver items. Only ready stock jewellery can be bought, customized orders are subject to consideration.
- Dazzling Diamond is not transferable and the member cannot assign his/her rights and obligation to any other person.
- The member has to make a nomination in favour of any one person and in the event of death of the member the nominee will be the only person who shall be recognized by the DPAL to participate in Dazzling Diamond in place of the original member and to avail the benefits. In the absence of valid nomination, the legal representative or heirs of the deceased member will be recognized only on producing of necessary legal documents, which will be forwarded to our legal department and solicitors for vetting and approval. This process would take approximate 15 days.
- During the period, the member cannot increase the amount of monthly installment but it may be permitted by DPAL to open a fresh account under the prevailing one.
- The member shall not be entitled to ask for refund of the installments paid or any part thereof in cash/cheque.
- All applicable taxes prevailing on the date of purchase shall be payable by the member only.
- Any discount offer or discount coupon cannot be clubbed with this.
- The Applicant shall provide a copy of his/her photo ID like Passport/Driving License /PAN Card/Voter ID/UID Card, to DP Jewellers at the time of enrollment and at the time of redeeming, for authentication. Without valid photo identity proof, purchase will not be allowed. DPAL shall keep a copy of such documents.
- DPAL will not be responsible or liable to send reminders to the member for payment of installments or to buy jewellery or about expiry of the discount*.
- DPAL reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete any part of Dazzling Diamond without prior notice to the members.
- The liability of DPAL is limited to the installments under the period, paid by the member and accrued discount under the clause no. (6) as per Dazzling Diamond, terms and conditions stipulated herein and there is no other assurance and warranty whatsoever by DPAL.
- There will be no additional discount on paying the installment before the due date.
- DPAL reserves the right to invalidate Dazzling Diamond at anytime. In any such event, the member shall be eligible to purchase jewellery under clause no. (20) for the amount paid by the member. In addition to that, the member will be given discount* as per clause no. (9) on proportional basis.
- The terms of Dazzling Diamond shall be modified if so required due to any change in the law or if so required by any regulatory services. Any condition which is explicitly not covered above would be at the sole discretion of DPAL at the time of transaction. The decision of DPAL in this regard shall be binding.
- Providing Insurance on purchase jewellery at the time of redemption is subject to customer choice and will provide on request only.
- Insurance will be provided by the third party hence there is no assurance from DPAL. For details please read all terms and conditions of Insurance company.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to the courts in Ratlam (M.P.) only.
