Terms & Conditions
- Swarn Samriddhi is open to all Indian citizens having age of 18 years or more; for minors, parents can enroll on their behalf.
- This is an opportunity to facilitate its members to make advance payment against future jewellery purchases through installments and get additional benefits at the time of purchase on the redemption date of Swarn Samriddhi. In the following terms, DP Abhushan Ltd. has been referred to as DPAL.
- Duration of Swarn Samriddhi is 9 months.
- The monthly installments paid under Swarn Samriddhi are an advance payment for jewellery purchased by the customer from DP Jewellers Showroom.
- The minimum monthly installment amount is ₹2,000, and any amount above ₹2,000 must be in multiples of ₹1,000.
- Pan card details are mandatory for installment amounts above ₹15,000.
- The “Redemption Date” of Swarn Samriddhi shall mean the day one month after the payment of the last monthly installment paid by the member.
- At the end of the term, the member will be eligible to receive the benefit on the redemption date, as mentioned herein, when they can purchase from any DP Jewellers showroom.
- The first installment is payable when the customer enrolls in Swarn Samriddhi. For example, if a customer enrolls on 8th December 2023, then, according to Clause No. 7, the last installment will be payable on 8th August 2024, and the redemption date will be 9th September 2024, only if all monthly installments have been paid on the due date.
- On successful completion of Swarn Samriddhi by regularly paying the installments, the member will receive a benefit as a discount* (hereafter referred to as “Discount”).
- DPAL shall not be liable to pay any interest on the installments paid by the members under any circumstances at any time.
- The Monthly installments can be paid by Cash, Cheque, Pay Order, NEFT, or RTGS on or before the due date, which is one month from the date of opening of Swarn Samriddhi (e.g., if started on 8th December, the due date will be 8th of every month).
- The member cannot receive the discount* mentioned in Clause No. 10 until the redemption date of Swarn Samriddhi. In case the member fails to pay the installment by the due date, the total discount* in relation to the number of delayed days will be reduced proportionally, only if all installments have been paid.
- Out station or overwritten cheques will not be accepted. If any cheque is dishonored, the member will be charged ₹500 or actual bank charges, whichever is higher. If the due date is missed due to a dishonored cheque, the discount* will be reduced proportionally according to the number of delayed days, only if all installments are eventually paid.
- To avail of the discount*, the member must purchase jewellery from DP Jewellers within the redemption period. If the customer doesn’t purchase jewellery within 11 months from the date of enrollment, it will be mandatory to purchase pure gold equal to the total value paid, without any profit or rebate. Any applicable taxes must be borne by the customer.
- If any member opts to exit Swarn Samriddhi before paying all installments, they may buy jewellery at DP Jewellers but will not be eligible for any discount, benefit, or interest under any circumstances. No cash refund will be provided.
- In case of early exit within three months of enrollment, the member shall be liable to pay 1000/- towards the processing fees which shall be deducted from the installments paid by the member and he/she will not be eligible for the discount* on early exit. In addition, the member has to purchase only gold or diamond jewellery, no purchase of Gold coins/Gold Bars/Solitaires/Silver Jewellery and & Silver Items will be allowed. The member can purchase jewellery with total amount of installments paid less than 1000/-, deducted towards processing fees.
- For payment of multiple accounts of Swarn Samriddhi, no single payment mode will be accepted.
- The member shall be required to submit all receipts of installments paid with membership card at the time of redeeming and purchasing jewellery.
- The rate of gold or price of the jewellery shall be charged on the actual rates at the time of purchasing and not on the time of enrollment in Swarn Samriddhi.
- Swarn Samriddhi is applicable only to Gold, Diamond, or Platinum jewellery, and not for pure gold, coins, bars, solitaires, or silver items.
- This is not transferable and the member under Swarn Samriddhi cannot assign his/her rights and obligation to any other person.
- The member has to make a nomination in favour of any one person and in the event of death of the member the nominee will be the only person who shall be recognized by the DPAL to allow in Swarn Samriddhi in place of the original member and to avail its benefits. In the absence of valid nomination the legal representative or heirs of the deceased member will recognized only on production of necessary legal documents which will be forwarded to our legal department and solicitors for vetting and approval and this process would take approximate 15 days.
- During this period, the member cannot increase the amount of monthly installment but it may be permitted by DPAL to open a fresh account under the prevailing Swarn Samriddhi.
- The member cannot request a refund of any installments paid.
- All applicable taxes on the date of purchase must be paid by the member at the time of purchase.
- No discount offers or coupons can be combined with Swarn Samriddhi.
- A valid photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driving License, PAN Card) must be provided at the time of enrollment and redemption.
- At redemption, the member must be present with valid ID proof and all payment receipts.
- DPAL will not be responsible for reminders related to installment payments or expiry of the discount*.
- DPAL reserves the right to modify or cancel Swarn Samriddhi at any time. If canceled, the member may purchase jewellery equivalent to the amount paid.
- Swarn Samriddhi terms may change due to legal or regulatory requirements, and DPAL’s decision will be final.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to courts in Ratlam (M.P.) only.
